The hotel provided a comfortable and efficient stay, with clean and quiet rooms, although some areas could benefit from renovations. The service was very accommodating and a great source of information, but the dining experience had its setbacks. The location was central to major roads and restaurants, making it easy to navigate around Fredericton. Despite some small disappointments, the overall stay was enjoyable.

The hotel rooms at this establishment had lots of space but were certainly not clean. I was told it was a non-smoking room, yet I found cigarette butts and a condom wrapper behind a nightstand. Additionally, the rooms had an odor and were relatively expensive for what was offered.

The hotel has its ups and downs. While the rooms were a tad shabby and the bathroom not as clean as expected, they did offer some necessary amenities like a flat-screen TV and coffee maker. The AC unit was a bit noisy and disruptive at times, but once it settled, it worked fine. The service was quite friendly and helpful overall. The location was excellent, right in the heart of town, making it easy to access malls, shopping areas, and restaurants. The dining experience, however, varied from fair with some hot options to quite disappointing. On the bright side, the facilities were well-maintained and satisfactory.
